At Cheapest Flyers, we strive to deliver high-quality printed materials at unbeatable prices. While we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that issues may arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Custom Printed Products

Due to the personalised nature of printed materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect design submissions by the customer
  • Spelling, grammar, or layout errors after final approval
  • Low-resolution images or poor quality artwork supplied by the customer
  • Colour variations due to screen differences vs. print output

Once your print file has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect

If the error is on our part, we will reprint the affected items free of charge or offer a full/partial refund at our discretion.

3. Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check with the courier or your local delivery office first. If you still haven’t received your order:

  • Contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund

Please note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information, or force majeure.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 working days of confirmation.

We cannot issue refunds to a different card or payment platform than the one used at checkout.
